I want to run Avatar: The Last Airbender for the GBA but I am confused by the instructions for timing my run.

There are no submission rules under the Any% GBA section but only in the Any% section. I assume the Any% rules apply to all sections. "Timing starts when you first select New Game and ends on the final hit on Ultimaton."

For starting the run, I can't tell if it starts when 1. You select New Game or if 2. After you select New Game, then you type in your name and then select Continue.

For ending, there's more than one time when the Ultimaton is "destroyed." First time is when the person playing hits it with Sokka's boomerang and the second time is during a cut-scene when Aang goes into the avatar state and destroys it for the final time.

My question is when does the game start and finish?
