I verified a new IL run for speedrunner who did a previous slower run but the leader only shows the new faster IL run as obsolete (the Sentinel IL run.) https://www.speedrun.com/stw/Sentinel#Recruit_difficulty but on main IL leaderboard page it shows the fastest run https://www.speedrun.com/stw/individual_levels

seems like I'm only one some what active. If you have footage of runs I can make you regular mod.
the only way is to delete save file and restart from fresh, which I did for my PS4. I am not sure if it is the same for PC Steam.

best weapons to use are PLSL or EML if you are good with aiming and predicting Mihaly's movement. Plus you can spam QAAM missiles works well too. Also head to head can work too but very risky of getting killed.

Gun Maniac (only machine gun) can be category since it is in the game as a medal and shows you in result screen as a bonus. Plus there is a Mig-21 is the only aircraft with twin machine guns as a special weapon. Only issue is on what difficulty (Hard & Ace have limited ammo)?
Arsenal Bird% doesn't seem like category because it doesn't have it's own mission, its right after other objectives.

I have beaten the game on PS4 (Hard mode) and probably needs different rules. This one is the hardest AC I encountered because of how aggressive the AI is this time and the number of enemy missiles from what I experienced and heard form others playing it. I'm not sure if restart from checkpoint will be allowed because it refills your ammo and many times I ended up emptying machine guns, standard missiles and special weapons where I am forced to use checkpoint in some missions.
I bought the launch edition on PSN and it comes with F-4E. There is also the Deluxe edition and pre-order edition.
