FinlandSo yeah often my cpu just jumps to 9X% and stays there a while and even when i dont have anything open its like at 40%+ the CPU i have is Intel Core i5-6400 (2.70GHz) is there a way to make it calm down or is the cpu just bad and i should get a new one?

wanted it to end in the dumbest way i could think of because it was a meme category (and probably because i hated bits :p)
ive been doing runs of toad% from november of 2017 but its i tiny bit different instead of ending on last bowser my old idea was to make it end in a meme so we ended time on wdw clip on the endless stairs
and instead of just calling it toad% and having to talk to all 8 toads i made multiple categories 8 toad (talk to all 8 toads then wdw clip) 6 toad (talk to 6 toads then wdw clip (basicly 16 star with toads and no bits)) 5 toad [1 star and 0 star] (you probably get it by now)

we also had a discord thats completely dead right now we tried to hold a 6 toad tournament but it was cancelled
i was super surprised how i even got more than 4 people to run it (me, 2 of my friends and 1 random guy) but ended up with 15 different people who had done a run of it

i didnt come up with this category but sometime ago i saw someone streaming them routing this. the goal is to use the hookshot as a child (after pulling out the sword (shield is needed)) link will "salute" sometime ago i made a leaderboard for this on my site (this must have been made around the time equip swap was found)

So yeah id like to record/stream ps1 games on my PS2 but the resolution(or what ever it is) is too small for the capture card so i cannot capture it i could use the PS3 to play PS1 games and record them that way i just have a problem that the PS1 game id like to capture is PAL Ape Escape and it has anti piracy that gets activated when playing on PS3 preventing me from going past the title screen is there someway of "scaling up"(or what ever) the video from the console that my capture card would capture it

i took 68HCV-IPCWJ-AGJH5. I played the game for a little under an hour and it was fun to play :D but the camera moved way too much making it sometimes hard to see where you are landing thats the only problem (at least for me) that i found i should have played it more before leaving a review but whatever ;P

yeah id like to start a new short(ish) speedgame thats like 1h at max id like that i would be able to go fast in the game (like super slide in ocarina of time) and it would be glitchy or have cool oob stuff and that it wouldnt be too hard :P
and i think we should time our runs without loads since the loads vary (example some of yours were longer than mine) there is a program where you can put a picture in and it looks for that on your screen and when it sees it it pauses the timer and resumes when its not on screen
i think you should be allowed to skip the starting cutscene.
you skip it by watching it and then going to the title screen and timing would start on clicking continue, i think so because the cutscene adds nothing to the gameplay.
btw setting rules would be great. and il's for every "stage" even tho its only you and me here it would be nice to have

gives me that error and then records but the recording has some stops in it or lag
but id like to do it while im streaming and i use webcam and a microphone on stream but i dont want that on my "raw video" i think ZFG does this
Id like to use amarec to record "raw" runs without mic or other stuff

so id like to record my wii with the amarec program if i use AMV4 Video Codec i can record but it has the water mark on the bottom left and because thats annoying i tried all the other video codecs and all gave me this error 
My first attempt of a ocarina if time hundo run i didnt finish it but i gave up at 16h
