note if you end up getting a capcard for ps3 the ps3 uses hdcp on hdmi so either record component/composite or also buy a hdcp splitter
but you have to be in school to write that in a school desk meaning the writer themself is a chump
for recording on android i used mobizen. just be sure to turn OFF the water mark in the settings
RTA: Real time (with loads)
"Real Time Attack" to be precise
TA: "Time Attack" and differs from RTA in that you are allowed to pause the game and timer PB: "personal best" self explanatory PR: "personal record" means the same thing as pb but this is more used in older time trial communities like mario kart for example WR: "world record" self explanatory "Bop" term is used when you beat someones time, though quite uncommon nowadays
runners usually upload their runs to youtube where you can see them the second they are uploaded and most of the time they are also streamed to twitch and some post splits to twitter or their own discords
this site is supposed to track yours and others times not to connect with your buddies. use social media for that
i farm money in midnight bay inside the secret monkey room in the ship
yeah so annoying. maybe we need to bump my thread about that even though that changes nothing :)
you could separately record your livesplit window with another obs running in the back while you record your game on another obs but even if you record it separately so you can match the start and/or end its not like you are splitting every split frame perfectly anyway so it still wont line up.
I know years ago there was debate over using some adapter to make ESS easier in OoT. Something to do with joystick deadzones. Not sure what the outcome was
Yes. the outcome for oot was to allow the use of the ess adapter fixing the disgusting wii vc deadzone to be similiar to the good old n64. however the majoras mask community decided to ban it
for somereason people never seem to be able to go to the settings without other people telling them to in the forums. there'd be so many fewer threads and necros if people just went to the settings themselves
