Hey, so I am not trying to tattletale or anything but 96th place for Sandtown, Railgun Royale is in a VIP server apparently, which goes against one of the rules saying "VIP servers are not allowed".

Hey! So I'm pretty good at Arsenal, and I've been meaning to submit speedruns but the thing is, my computer isn't exactly meant to record. When I do record, my framerate drops to around 30 fps and the quality will be 144p, and I just won't be able to attempt a speedrun. So I was wondering, would I be able to take a screenshot and submit the speedrun or not?

I know this sounds super dumb because you can't tell if somebody used exploits to win or not. But, I was just wondering.
