I see there is a special Balbazak run and the other style appears to be any %

This game is an old favorite of mine and I didn't know it was possible to get it done as fast as it has been until I went looking just a few days ago. My question is if anyone has thought about doing other 'chapter specific' or 'contained' chapter runs or some version of a 100% run for this game.

That's awesome! hopefully i'll get setup soon and get a passable run together this week for the normal clear. My boss times are a bit slow at the moment. How much slower is the base weapon play through?

So, just base weapon plus speed ups? I'd be interested. Have you gotten any farther on the strategy? It's a bit tougher than the standard playthrough. I'm new to speedrunning so this is the game that I decided to start with. I'm working on learning it at the moment and following your current path.
