CanadaHow did you manage to skip the loading screen? Is it a setting you changed or is your PC just super beefy?
EDIT: Also I can't seem to reproduce the clip through the floor at oil. Any tips?
Do you have intent to run the category? I haven't heard any interest expressed until now, and with the new patch the way it is, we maybe get one or two new runs a week.
You can use cheat engines unradomizer to spawn airport every time, but that's not exactly useful xd
This would also be a violation of the rules. I've talked with someone about potentially getting a mod made, and will bring that up in its own forum post if and when I receive it.
although, i could see the potential for times being lowered since the objectives are random, but resetting is def gonna be hell
If I'm honest, this is the reason I've stopped running the game at this point and check here every couple days. When the fight for WR was going on between Siniik, Demo, and UNWONO I was working on routing and new runs, but after a while the grind of just getting a decent run at shelter just got to be a bit much.
I wanted to get some opinions on how we split the leaderboard for the game now that it's been changed so heavily. With the updates that are planned to be released, it sounds like the leaderboards will undergo a huge shift eventually anyways due to the addition of a new map and the changes that will probably happen to evidences.
It's mainly just me moderating the leaderboards right now (though I don't have as much time as I'd like to so I haven't kept up lately). What is everyone thinking?
Really happy seeing that OOB clip being useful. I also love "I threw this so bad" on the WR run. Also yes, I think that's the best Sat we've seen so far. My best split so far is a 4:30. I still have yet to get a fast-strat shelter in a run, you make it look so simple.
You can also probably save an extra 5-10 seconds if you get a pickaxe on your way to the soda machine at oil. It saves time with the generator since the soda machines don't need power to run, and it saves time at base camp 1 to break the glass door without needing a keypad.

Seeing the new strats you come up with day after day is always a treat, congrats on the sub-8!
You and Demonic are actually insane for these runs. Is the clip as simple as it looks?
Mod note: This is just good enough to be verifiable, don't worry. I'm sure most of us have had to deal with these issues too, I think the game has some kind of memory leak and sometimes just decides to run on the wrong hardware in my personal experience.
I've had the same thoughts myself. I spent about 5 hours on runs yesterday and only got two attempts from shelter that I could actually run since snowmobiles kept not spawning at shelter. If a mod or something else allowed for this, I'd support it myself. Curious what others think though.
I'm with Unwono. We have a lot of leaderboard bloat already with different difficulties, multiplayer/singleplayer, and IL runs being so prevalent. If there's demand for another category to address this, I'm all ears. Like adding difficulties, I only want to add the extra category and split things up when there are enough people wanting to run it.
