unrestricted story mode means you skip the 2 tutorial heists by level requirement, this category is basically just doing the storyline heists in order, since it would be impossible to accurately time menuing, and yes, for the transport objective you can do 2 transports and 1 train heist. this has been done often.

not sure what you mean with gun that increases speed, it could be the minigun glitch mentioned above, but you maybe mean the judge shotguns with HE rounds to lower your health and break your armor to get the yakuza boosts and second wind boosts
you cant use mods on console, dont need them
would be interesting to see, I wonder how waves work, is it rng based or kill amount based,
update: I have tried several wave one runs and they always seem to end at 2:40 or 2:45
we use in game timers, theres no need for splits really, still pretty cool tho
