Just wondering if I can use it for any%....I do have a SNES and SM cart but it just looks so much better via digital video signal. Input lag is minimal which is nice. FYI the hacked ones will run randomized roms and the basic romhacks

I have found that Mednafen runs the best for my setup, but I need to know if it's approved for speedruns. It seems to emulate lag correctly when I drop a power bomb but I'll post a link to a video.

I am pretty new to speedrunning, but I've been playing the retro games since 1989. My flavor of choice is Super Metroid...if anyone can tell me if Bsnes is banned for that I would be thankful for the knowledge......I also got some SMB skills so I might be doing some of that too.
