In basically every event, which used to be part of a DLC back in the original 2010 Hot Pursuit, there is a glitch, which enables you to change your spawn location. If you mash the skip button immediately after it becomes available, the game sometimes (consistently though) places you at a different spawn (usually earlier on the track, which usually would be part of where the cutscene plays). So far I have determined that this works on Marked Man and Arrest Warrant and have also posted a time on Arrest Warrant which features this glitch.
