Tennessee, USASo, I just saw where two of my run were rejected for incorrect order of levels. However, I'm a bit confused on this since the rules state:
Complete all of the levels in a specific world. Timing starts upon selecting the first level in the world and ends on the last hit of the respective DK fight. This run can be done on a completed save file.
Looking at that I'm not seeing anything saying I have to do them in a set order. I'm not trying to argue or change rules here, but as a newcomer to this I'm trying to understand why it has to be in order when the rules make it sound like all levels have to be played, regardless of order, with DK being the last one.
Again, not mad or wanting things to change. I'm just puzzled because I would think in the Full World RTA category menu optimization would be something that runners might go for.
Just wondering what's going on in this game? I've got a run that's been pending for about 2 weeks now.
I know this game isn't super popular, but I still like having runs accepted/denied relatively quick.
Side note: If someone would want, I wouldn't mind helping with the handful of runs coming through.
Does the starter category only allow certain ships/weapons too? If so, does the Digital Edition fit closer to Deluxe or Starter?
While I know everyone isn't focused on Full-game runs at the moment. I would like to know if people would like to see either a Full-game category of All Treasures or All Fairies to be added alongside the Any% and 100%.
This would only be for full-game runs at the moment unless everyone wants this in ILs also.

Since the v3.2 update changes things for Normal and Hard runs, these have been given a soft reset. What this means is that I've cleared those categories.
However, the runs are not gone. I also added a Misc category to the game. This is where the old runs will live now. If you want to go through the hassle of playing unpatched to better those runs you are more than welcome to. However, if you do please include the title screen or the run will be processed as current patch.

Below is the rules for the Speedrun Tournament scheduled for November.
- The races are using 1P Grand Prix Easy. Each player can choose whether they want to do Default or Any. This is because the top times on the leaderboard are around the same spot (approx 10-11 minutes) and we all know that those are without Skillshot and with good AI manipulation.
- It will still be based on a per week basis. This means that you will have a full week to schedule and complete the race. I feel like this shouldn't be too big of an issue, but if problems occur we'll work something out.
- Resets will be allowed if both players agree to it. If only one player wants a reset and the other wants to continue, both players must continue.

Just tossing a thought out there to see what the community thinks, but what if we added a category for completing all characters in one (or each) of the difficulty levels.
For instance, Completing GP at 4 with each character. If something like this would be considered to be added, I think we would start with it as a sub-category for Any ARMS rather than it's own thing.
I know it's still a new game, but I was curious if the mods were planning on adding NG+ to the categories?
