To keep things fresh and because these categories were in the previous game we decided to add them for those who may wanna take a shot at them.

I have to concur there just isnt enough runners at the moment.

As the mod team we have not looked into this previously but i believe car mods from the workshop should not be permitted due to the fact that parts used in these mods can or may provide an unfair advantage in the game. As such we have been forced to double check certain runs and we apologise for the trouble this may have caused. We also urge you to submit new times using cars from either the base game or the licensed DLC's and look forward to your future runs.

that would indeed be the case as long as you havnt turned on unrealistic tire sizes then the run is valid even if your tires look like a steamroller

i would say yes it counts as modifying since it takes away from the realism of the game so thats a very good question and im glad you brought it up
