It has to be permanently hosted video, so a vod from a twitch stream won't work, but if you highlight a twitch vod, that's totally ok!
Wrench heal slides -- swinging at a wall and holding heal -- is slightly faster than walking if you have a distance long enough (around two wrench cranks sfx in length, if that makes sense).

Right now, BestGirl/Save Myla doesn't have a formal leaderboard on SRC, but it -- alongside countless other category extensions either not popular enough for SRC, better suited to be challenge runs, or both-- have unofficial leaderboards maintained on the HK speedrunning discord (linked in the sidebar). The pins of #misc has you covered!
