@Daravae Would making a public YouTube video for people to comment on be acceptable? I don’t use any other social media, so I guess I could make a new account on something just to add it here, but it wouldn’t be a very effective way to get in touch with me compared to Facebook or messages on here.
@Daravae Ok, it’s been three weeks since I submitted my runs and the mod still hasn’t logged on.
The rules say this: “Time starts on selecting "Play" and ends on the fade-out after you complete the board.”
The thing is there’s no point where you select “play.” You select “start game” to finalize options, then “start” to begin playing. I’m assuming one of these two is what was meant, so which is it?
I don’t really see the benefit of adding that because there is no consistency in competitiveness between leaderboards. For example, holding the Any% WR in Mario Odyssey is a huge accomplishment, but a WR in the Freerice flags category is yours if you put in 3 minutes.
Time with loads is pretty much a standard speedrun. You start the clock when you start the game, and you stop it when you finish.
Time without loads means that you take your total time at the end of the run, and then subtract however much time the game spent loading, so that it only tracks how long you actually had control over the game for. Usually it’s done for PC games with an autosplitter program that does this for you as you play.
@Oreo321 It’s actually the other way around. You can only upload on the regular app, and not the Studio app.
Does the credit warp glitch used in any% work on 3DS virtual console? I think it would be cool to figure it out, but I don’t want to spend the time trying to learn it if it’s not possible on this system.
How about a Mario Party game? There’s not really any glitches you need to learn, so it’s mostly just strategizing.

There is only one moderator, who hasn’t been online in over a month. I sent them messages on this site, YouTube, and Reddit with no response.
I tried a few more questions, and I think it’s actually an issue with that particular one. I was able to see a few other images, but I got that same question again and it didn’t load.
I tried recording a run of the “World and Canadian Geography” category, but the first question referred to an invisible image. I’m assuming this is just a bug with the app, but by any chance does anyone know a fix?
I noticed that the rules say that an on-screen timer is required, though an approved run I saw didn’t have one. Is it fine then if I record without one? It would be most convenient for me to just use the screen recording function of my iPhone.
