@Charburger Two other options would be to capture from a Game Boy Player on GameCube, and to use Loopy’s DS capture card.
I use YouTube as one of mine. Just make sure you have at least one video public for people to comment on, and enable email notifications.

The only time I’ve heard of boards getting removed is when somebody requests a new game but doesn’t bother setting up any categories.
Many leaderboards don’t allow segmented videos as evidence. You would have to check with the mods of whatever game you’re interested in running.
Go to the page where you can play, purchase, or download the game. Highlight the web address, select copy, then go back to the game request form and paste it there.
The moderators need to change the settings to allow multiple names. This question should be posed to the game’s community.
