I looked at the rules and one of them is to keep the original game audio. But recently I've seen more and more verified speedruns with music added. Is that rule no longer true?

In Skipper's 14:24 Crimson glitchless run, he uses a "skip" on the bog that doesn't skip any enemies, but just is a faster way to do it. Probably not how the game was intended to be played. If we use a skip that doesn't skip any enemies would it count for glitchless%?

Does anyone know why almost all of Pref1ex's speedruns are just gone? I saw his 12:00 ccc solo was gone and I'm fairly certain he had more runs.

So for omega runs, are the rules get to the platform without killing an enemy by any means possible or do you have to agro all the guys or what, and are you allowed to use glitches like clipping through a wall?
