Is there any special programs you need to run the game correctly? I've heard of bugs/errors that don't allow you to pass certain levels/spots.

Does anyone have a (somewhat) consistent method of doing castle skip? The 3rd hammer jump to get from the top of the door to the invisible platform is really screwing with me.
