Title says it all

Considering that many games before it have made separate categories for emulator and console, then there's no reason not to do so with hit and run, or make emulator in the same category as console, but with strict rules on what settings the emulator may use. Any thoughts?

We need to add level leaderboards so speedrunners can play both levels and the full game for a run.
