Hey guys, i was watching Senis run, and i noticed he doesnt have any lags on the game (that lags heavily on Stage 4). Im interested on running the game, what emulator should i be using to get the game to run as smooth as his? thanks in advance

what would be interesting with Gail is doing Bad Ending (only ending where you learn the true about the mission), you escape via the port and fight an alternate T Rex. if you just do a Gail%, heliport would still be faster. ensambling the initializer and stabilizer has a lot of rng (on the inicial ways the parts comes in) that would spice up the category i think. since we are already here, Very Hard% could be a thing too. from this 3 i would choose bad ending%, since it has another ending fmv and another final boss, i think it makes more sense with the leaderboard

I agree with this, giving people who wants to run console version a fair board to compete against themselves could give back some life to this community, and bring some new runners. As it is, running on console against pc runs doesnt makes much sense. Also, we can talk about this on another post if its prefered, but having a discord with only the community of dino crisis saga as the oficial discord link on src will help people learn the run, join our community of runners, and be more suitable for people to join the other games as well. I really love this game/speedrun and i want to see it grow.

are you comparing against IGT? its the same autosplit for all categories

edit: just checked, the splits for no weapon are comparing by default to real time, just change it to game time

replacing the exe with tw exe works fine, thats a solution for now
