If I understand your question correctly, that would be glitches. Glitchless does not allow the use of glitches, by definition.
As the one who runs the category, I'd like to point out that you don't put the sword in the pedestal in Bad Ending (or 100% for that matter), since MALOR has regained power and turns the world dark. The end point I've used and that I'd suggest be the rule is upon return to the title screen.
First, you can try directly messaging them on the site. If they haven't been active, most people should have links to their discord, twitter, twitch or youtube accounts and you can contact them there.
Depends on how busy the mod(s) for the game are. Standard waiting time is about a week. If it goes beyond three, you might consider contacting them.
I don't know how old whoever does approvals is, but I know that right now is midterm time in college and a generally busy time for businesses and that's what I'm guessing is the hold-up.
TBH most of the games I ran when I got started were ones I played casually that I saw didn't have any runs in some categories. So I decided to snag the records. Then I actually started having a lot of fun running and routing them. I'm making plans to start running some other games I like that actually have records, but I'm enjoying routing a game I'm trying to get added to the site. So yeah, if you start running those games, be prepared to find out it's enjoyable to keep working on it.
I'm going to go out on a limb and say this is pretty crass language and may deserve a ban of some sort.
Actually just finished my first run of a cool web game called World's End Chapter 1 that took about 1:50:00. Was just doing it to see how it was and get a recording for submitting it to the site.
OK. Got the video uploaded.
Sorry for the color tinge. I'm still figuring out OBS.
So I was doing a run of Game Show Island and got up to Scaredy Pants. For some reason, when I finished round 1, the display said, round 2 complete, and went straight into round 3. I'll get the video of this up as soon as I can, but I wanna know if anyone's seen this before.
If you go to the games tab and open up the platform list, there's a Web option with tons of great browser games. I really recommend the Nitrome Series, Poptropica, and Endeavor.
So I found a game breaker playing casually and got a recording of it. I'm not certain how, but this gets the enemies to freeze in place. This unfortunately is worthless because the final boss and knights you fight after flooding the castle lose their hitboxes, stopping your progress.
Most of the web games on here are pretty awesome. If you need something short and without strats, Endeavor and the various Poptropica levels can be learned in an hour or so.
I've got the reverse problem. I've got verified runs that are on their respective leader boards, but they don't appear among my runs on my profile.
King Boo is my favorite character in the Mario franchise and I like the Lieutenant rank in the military. I was almost going to call myself feigned competence since I have almost no speed running skills, but that wasn't as exciting.
Due to lack of gaming systems, I'm mostly a web/PC gamer right now. But I'd still really like to try some of the classic Mario games (New Super Mario Bros, SMW, SM64, etc), and I know that emulators are allowed for most of these. So are there any emulators that get used frequently or seem to be better than the others? Thanks in advance.
