you need to have 1 completion them it appears at level 1 the speedrun settings where you can "reset cycles".

oh hi so i want to help you to keep running this game i will give some tips hope you can emplement them to get sub 5! 1st of all cleaner movement try always to claim the checkpoints with your arm only and try cutting corner as much as you can stage 27 after de the first 4th you can safely jump skiping 1 plank that will save some seconds. stage 39 need some improvement you that stop is unecessary and if you try other routes you can clean some seconds stage 48 was slow a lot of unecessary jumps recomend beating the game to unlock speedrun settings and dont die at all hope this gets you futher ;) im not the best runner but i have knowledge enough to help people sub 5 good luck on the grind(if you going for it)

27 was meh and 45 ladder animation, with that out it would be a barely 4:3x so now i know i can pass that goal but will i be able to do it?

good pace that load was annoying and no speedrun setting to reset 49 but i believe on a 4:4x go for it
