I've added Individual levels for all the races for Arcade and Time Trials. Time trials are individual lap records, and Arcade is for a 3 lap run.

Timer starts when you skip the first cutscene. Timer ends when you press "Finish Story" at the end of the 3rd chapter. For consistency, levels must be played in order. Hero Chapter 1, 2 then 3, Villain Chapter 1, 2 then 3.
