Alright some updates, I made a google form to sign up with. Decided that exact decklist submissions is probably more trouble than it's worth (for us and for you, since most probably don't even know competitive decks :P) so we're just doing class submissions.

I'd hope that no one takes this too seriously so bad decks/collections could still be fun to play with. I'm not sure when we'd start, really depends how many people sign up, if it's <=16 then we could probably do it on one or two days. I got XSplit+Hearthstone working on my laptop so I could try to cast some of the games on my channel, probably the finals.

Yeah we'd be doing it on the EU region so you wouldn't have any of your cards, if you can find someone else's account to play on though you'd be alright.

It's easy to get out of bounds in EoTL Tirean, you can grenade jump through a non-solid ceiling and over a wall.

Yeah I've noticed this as well, I have no idea. I think it's just the level leaderboard overview screen being weird

If it's any help I just had this, had ~300 notifications all duplicates of about 10 of them.

It's a lot of work to add every mission and order it alphabetaticly (because there isn't an easy way to order stuff), like I said I'm working on it but if anyone needs anything NOW then let me know :P

Post here if there is a mission you would like added to the level leaderboard and I'll add it, I'm slowly going through them all but if anyone would like one added because they did a run then let me know.

Fraps is used for recording raw gameplay footage (it just rips output from DirectX) however all the speedruns you've probably watched that use a timer use some sort of Scene based recording/streaming program. Most popular are XSplit (Paid) and OBS (Free). These allow you to build a "scene" that you record, so you can have the gameplay, timers, webcam etc etc in this scene.

For example here is my GTA:SA scene in XSplit, the game capture is only taking up some of the 16:9 scene, at the timer (and webcam which isn't plugged in so it shows an error) is taking up the rest, I'm free to just move those around as I wish.

So, you can either download OBS/XSplit and use that, or you can use fraps (which is a great program btw) and just record without a timer because it's the gameplay footage/evidence that is important, not the timer :P

Also don't use the windowed mod, it's a bad mod that breaks stuff and is also banned in speedrunning.

EDIT: We posted at the same time, yes what you said is fine, tbh your actually trying to follow the rules better than most other people (You read them) EDIT2: You show either the start of the game load, or comment the swimming times, don't need to do both but both is still fine :)

I haven't kept up with duping at all since the first few days it was found, but my understanding was that:

1. You start sidemission thing with phone call
2. You fail sidemission and start mission you want to dupe with phonecall
3. Phonecall sets om0 so you start another mission Two copies made

If you try to start three copies...

1. You start sidemission thing with phone call
2. You want to dupe more than once, you start the sidemission when the sidemission ends
3. Because you ended the previous sidemission you are now on ONE sidemission
4. You make two copies, nothing has changed.

You need to be on a Sidemission + have phonecall active to dupe, you cannot start multiple sidemissions and have a phonecall to dupe twice.

The girlfriend phonecalls were different because I think they set om0 twice or something? I don't remember

I knew nothing of the online in this game, seems like it could actually be pretty cool

It's a not rule anyone likes, it's a rule we need to have. No one "likes" playing at 25 FPS. it's just the only way to make any kind of speedrunning fair/unmodded/whatever else. The frame rate effects almost everything in game.
