I want to start running this game but i don't know where to start. Could anyone give me some advice?

I am very new to running this game and my biggest timelost is at the Level Cubism, because I can´t get enough Upwards Speed to reach the Big Cube at the end of the Level. Sometimes I get enough Speed, somtimes I land at the cube which falls apart but most of the time I am falling in to the void. I would be very thankfull for help.
