Whats the difference between NG+ and just a regular New Game?

I'm only going to say a few things on this forum about this topic;

1. I have been very busy with school and now that exams are over for me I can be more active with the site and the games I moderate.
2. I will usually answer tweets that have the specific game mentioned in the tweet. For example, I got a tweet a couple days ago for someone wanting mod for the MySims series. He even mentioned it in his tweet. Now he is mod for the series.
3. @alkaline_ice I'm not starting anything with you but I will not look at racingmonster differently just over the way he looks or his past with me or whatever. He is a person, and I will respect him no matter what he looks like.

World Record pace by about 2 minutes and my Wii remote batteries died :(

It's funny how this has gone on for two full forum pages in the past two hours. I'm not just stepping in to make it worse but the best thing to do for now is to just do some runs offline for a while to let the whole thing blow over. Plus, when you do offline runs you don't have to worry about waiting for verification on your runs.

I am looking for a new speed game but with some requirements. 1) Doesn't have glitches or really easy glitches. 2) Between 1 hour to 2 hours. 3) Is easy to learn 4) And if possible. A video of the route. 5) Doesn't have to have in-game time but it would be preferable

Yes it should be aloud. Should it just be under emulator? My runs are using my iPad that's why there is no video. I've heard of Bluestacks but have a few questions. Is Bluestacks harmful to your computer and what kinds of "apps" are available?

It would have to be added under a glitched category? Should the run be a Level 5 speedrun since really fast shipments/videos?

Just wondering, would it be possible to have like a misc set of ILs. Just like full game misc categories but with ILs?

I honestly don't think this would work since you need a new email or whatever every time you would do a run. Why not instead do a run for a certain pokemon? I would do that
