Game Name: FEZ System: PC Category: any% (v1.12) Gameplay Estimate: 30 minutes Ending/Bonus Estimate: 6 minutes Possible Donation Incentives: Bonus run : 0% Sample run video: Description: I've run this game at ESA 2014, but since then it has evolved a lot and we've able to cut the time far below 30 minutes, when the WR at this time was around 30:30. I am willing to play on version 1.12, which is not out yet, but I have access to it as a member of the QA team. v1.12 removes a glitch that we were using, therefore the run will most likely be 1 minute slower than the sample run video. But as we plan to clean the leaderboards when this version is officially out, I don't think it's a big issue. I can probably have Renaud Bédard (main dev) or another runner with me to commentate
Game Name: Phantasy Star Online System: NGC, played on Wii Category: Episode 1 any% glitched Gameplay Estimate: 1h10 Ending/Bonus Estimate: 5 minutes ending, if people really wanna see it. Song is cool. Possible Donation Incentives: Character name bid war (I'd rather not, but if you want to go for it I'll do it) Sample run video: Description: Phantasy Star Online is an action RPG firstly released on Dreamcast then ported to NGC, Xbox and PC. Console versions have some heavy glitching that we use in this run to duplicate money and then buy and stack weapons to get approximately 30 times more damage at the beginning of the game. Once this is done, the goal is to run and gun through maps to beat the final boss, with optimizations on the way. You have to heavily pray for good RNG, because the different maps have several patterns, and some are obviously slower than the others. Also, you can drop a very efficient weapon in the last region (a Shot), but once again this is RNG. All the runners agree to say that I have the worst luck on this game.
Availability: 30th and 31st between 9AM and 9PM CET
Ingame leaderboards are always full of cheaters. Plus, they would be relevant only for any%, which is the fastest category, as the game only registers the fastest time you've ever made.
Another point is, IGT differs from a computer to another. We don't exactly know why, but we noticed it.
For all these reasons, IG leaderboards are of no relevance at all and the official speedrunning leaderboard is the one on speedrun.com
DCR : Your run was only submitted one week ago. You cannot apply until the three weeks mark as explained in the opening post MarioManTAW : Your enquiry is for individual games. Also, please talk about that directly with the community, this is not our work to police that kind of stuff PeterAfro : Added to SuperC Derek31047 : Added to Burnout series loginner : All we can see is that the moderator has been active recently. Maybe you tried to contact him but since we don't have any proof we can't go further for now. distrustLP : Added to Hero Siege
Looks like a glitch indeed. However I don't think it'll be useful speedrun wise.
I'll tyr to reproduce it and send it to the dev so he can fix it in the next version.
Basically what you request here is Admin rights.
Only thing we can suggest is to request moderation rights for some games through this thread : http://www.speedrun.com/The_Site/thread/63nr7
However, you'll have to prove that you run the games that you request moderation rights for. Keep in mind that we shouldn't validate runs just to be validated, but to make sure they're legit. Therefore, you need the knowledge for a game to be able to validate runs.
Honestly, having the IGT on Livesplit is pretty finnicky. It works but it's a hassle because you have to set it up everytime you start streaming.
I'd recommend to have IGT shown directly with the integrated timer, and to use RTA on Livesplit.
There is indeed no up to date tutorial, and doing one would take some time.
I think the best thing I can recommend you is our Discord server where you'll be able to get tips from all the active runners, and we should be able to get you some videos for the tricks when you need them.
Here's the invitation link to our Discord server : https://discord.gg/0eG6jSyc9vgrSQee
KomradeKontroll : I'd suggest you discuss it with the current mods. At least JoeDamilio and Dragondarch are active, so this doesn't seem to apply to the "last resort request" category.
Festive season = the week between Christmas and new year's eve
To complete what Ozotuh said, Kirkq is the one who mainly treats game requests, and he usually does that once a week or something. However, he's currently not available for the next days because of the forementioned festive season so you might have to wait a bit longer.
Since kirkq is currently unavailable I'll treat some requests for him.

^ this.
Nevertheless, donating to the website has nothing to do with having privileges or whatever. Also please refer to what I said in my previous post. It seems that you haven't read everything, especially the last point.
Dear SLr.
I hope you realize that :
- I can read french, for I am french.
- Your reply is off topic, insulting, half of it doesn't even make sense, and is in a different language than the original post.
- The site's staff is not professional. We do everything on our spare time, and even if it might be Christmas break for you, you are not the center of the world, and it's not the case for everyone. By the way, only admins can accept new games, and if you think they check the backlog every single minute, you are definitely wrong.
Next time, think twice before shitposting. Thanks.
I am in charge of deleting game pages that have not been setup within 2 weeks, and honestly I don't remember the games that are on this list because there are new ones almost everyday.
As Klashik said, you can request it again. And make sure to have it set up quickly or it'll get removed again at some point.
Setting it up means mainly having ways for users to post a time. To do so, at least one category has to be configured. The rest is optional and cosmetic so it's less important.
Oh yeah, also what Klashik said : you're far from being the first.
Well if I recall correctly, the more you use the website, the smaller the time between two actions is.
At least that is what was discussed when we implemented the flood prevention feature.
Cooljay : Ask the mods of the game to take another decision on this run. We global mods are not qualified for that.
