For a 22 seconds run the miliseconds really matter. I don't think beating level 1 is even possible in sub 22, but sub 22.75 is :)

There is already a page for "Syobon Action", Cat Mario doesn't have the 4 levels and PC is already there.

I do agree on the background though.
