Soon I am planning on doing some default Quick Auto Turrets, but I also want to do the full run for the same map. I want to know if I could make the turret then keep going and use it as both QAT and Full run since they are the same stats on default?

could use an autotyper as well (just look up auto typer) also for artifacts that dont spawn (On island the damn skyord they need to fix that and devious which I personally have never had spawn on CI) you can spawn them on default since we know theyre problems

You absolutely can get the exact same time as long as the run the test the same. Set your time to however long it takes for you to load in at that time.

Its either date or some coordinate system. We could probably test it by setting the dates on a pc to a specific time and date and seeing what spawns each time.

so when it comes to coding "random" generators are not truly random. They pump out the same results after a while. Most programmers get around this by tying either 2 or more random number generators together (having them multiply giving a higher number possible out come or it being set up as if it is a coordinate system), or by the date. I'm not 100% sure which it is or could be.

Makes total sense that you dont wanna add temp creatures, but I am sure you will talk to maverick about it to see 100% what yall wanna do. No matter what I plan to have a QOB and Default run out soon.

I am going to be doing default over the next couple months. Still it is very little interest, but there should not be a new category rather maybe different rules such as slomo being allowed at the cost of the game time timer being increased

I defidently think the temp tames should be added, but I believe a poll would be best to see what the people who are running the categorys feel about them. As for non tameable creatures on the map I dont think you should have to tame them in the end because QOB is to tame every creature on that map. If its not tamable on the map it just should be removed. Not up to me in the end but maybe we can get some more opinions here and on discord?

I could have sworn Basilisk could use giga eggs but I am probably wrong. Glowbug and Mantis but mantis is a maybe. I dont know if we would need higher rates to actually get deathworm horns from drops. Also Titanosaur and Lipluerodon are missing from all the list. I dont know if this is intentional or not.

So it looks like you can get death worm horns from purple drops? I dont know how true this is has anyone ever gotten any from a purple drop?

well you dont need to bring it back to other dinos. You can just tame it last end the time then press L to show all your tamed dinos

I believe maybe the time you spend in slomo should count as normal time. Since slomo 10 multiplys the speed by 10 the time spent in slomo should also be multiplied by 10 maybe. So 5 minutes slomo would be 50 mins on the timer. This would basically make it to where its the same as waiting just for not as long. Still going to be things that can kill you if you wait irl.

Idk I feel like if you are going to do this category you should go out. I completely understand the lipluerodon since its a 30 minute tame and its the rarest ARK creature and small. Its almost impossible to find one without playing for a long time. However the titanosaur is easy to spot and is a 24 hour tame.

I have found a couple missing creatures on the QOB list as well as some non tameable creatures (in Crystal Isles havent checked alot of them tho) from every list the titanosaur and the lipluerodon are missing , yet there is no rule saying you dont have to tame them. I believe that you should have to tame them, but that choice is out of my control. Also on the crystal Isles the creature "Glowbug" is not tameable (Not tameable at all I think) and Mantis are not tameable on that map due to no Death worms being available. I will check the rest of the list as well and update if there are any more problems I find

Be a maverick at tek cave first it is very obvious that you did not watch the video. The animal attacking her is called a terror bird. Also it is very obvious that is her twitch chat and someone suggested ghost. She would have had to also use walk which is never used. She made it out of the rock without using ghost (I know I was there for the entire run).
