Basically I'm going to beat every game on the franchise 100%, and I thought learning how to use the knife effectively would help me with saving ammo, so I came here. But everyone uses the pause glitch and I don't wanna use any glitches.

So, is it possible to do knife only without taking damage and no pause glitch?
