I saw in the rules that the only emulators allowed are Desmume and MelonDS. Since those are PC emulators...is an R4 card okay for emulating on my DS lite?

Right??? The idea hit me the other day and thought it would be fricking hilarious to run! You would end the run right on the frame that the toupee drops off-screen

So I have a potential idea for a misc. run...toupee %? Where you have to try to get Frank Sawit to hit Phoenix Wright in the face with his toupee as fast as possible?
