Xbox players don't have the same graphic settings in the option menu a PC player can have. The only way for us to change things like the blinding, useless, and FPS obliterating bloom and light shafts quality is by console commands. I suggest allowing us who god forgive me, choose to speedrun on a console should be allowed to use GRAPHICAL commands to hit above that 30 FPS mark for at least a quarter of the way of the run.
