1. money is global across all characters, so i think its fair to not allow any run to allow spending it 2.king's crown give damage based on how much money you have, which make sense to ban it(read #1). 3.for some reason the game allow you to start from higher acts(act 5-6-7 start on stage 1 since they're DLC?).(also yes first difficulty and minions is allowed). 4.read #3 and you will understand. 5.the category "Any% no DLC" is act 1-4 which is basically a no DLC run(dlc add weapons/bosses), the last boss on no dlc is Anubis(act 4 since act 5 and higher are only available through DLC). 6.going into the portal make you lost control of the character, which is the last character input after killing the final boss(for no dlc, Mevius is the boss of act 7 which is only available through getting a DLC).

@pure im not saying to do it, it was mostly just a suggestion about how NG seg could be done, also checking upgrades isnt hard if you know the base stats on the guns... :X

you could just allow weapons that can be collected in previous chapters(without upgrades) and nothing else or maybe 1 first aid.

RE6 does show both RTA and IGT but IGT count as the primary timing method.
