Can I mod myself back from a speedgame if I created the game and there are no other moderators? I tried unmoding myself to see what happens and now I can't put myself back

I'm interested in running this game but is Any% beating the game as fast as possible or is that 100%? I'm confused because in Curab's run,he just beat the game as fast as possible without getting all of the keys and color characters, and he submitted it to the 100% category.
