Im new to the website so i could have not seen a specific thing to ask but how do i request a game to be added to the website?

so first question: is it ok to edit a video as long as the video where the timer is active isnt edited? basically the time that the timer is active is unedited but making the other parts better overall. that fine?

and 2: the game i am speedrunning (friday night funkin) isnt on the website. how would i add that game and submit my speedrun?
