Hello, I think there isn’t a high demand for Sam NG+ category since nobody did NG+ runs actually. Also there wouldn’t be much difference between NG and NG+ except sub-weapons. Just run any difficulties on NG if you want.

That split only works if you do railroad OOB skip. So just split manually or remove it if you want to pass through the railroad in bound.

Timing starts when you select the level, please notice the category rule next time. It's verified because the loading time at the start was almost the same as chapter selecting.
