Is there any possibility we could get the WIP version unbanned. The owner of the puNES repo does not put out releases often (last one was in February). If the mods are worried about using the broken version and pretending to use the fixed version, maybe we could require players to run the test roms that threecreepio made? No worries if you can't unban it yet, I'm pretty sure I'm the only one who uses it anyways.
It depends on how low quality it is. Generally I would say it would be accepted. To put this into perspective, many legal runs have been submitted that are literally a cellphone camera pointed at a tv.
