I know this may sound odd, but can my modpack for FATE: The Cursed King have a category for it for all the difficulties, and also the addition of a Hardcore difficulty category?. Here is the modpack to reference from:
This is by far the best stud grinding method out of any lego video game by far:
Also, below is the character and vehicle token and red brick extras prices for how many studs you need for everything and the total overall cost: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/506274940044181506/602755254391406594/Characters_and_Red_Brick_Prices.txt
So in this game, we can't go back in story mode for any of the levels if you select the level you automatically go into freeplay after choosing which section of the level you want to go in (A feature in LB3). Let's hope that TT Games does an update to the game to add a replay story option to the levels so we can do categories like Replay Story and ILs for Story Mode.
I timed this to be 11-12 seconds. The OG Way
I timed this to be 3-5 seconds. The way to do this skip using Story Mode characters (The Riddler and Mr. Freeze)
I timed this to be 2-3 seconds. The same as the previous way, but you jump on the door handle instead of the fence. i.e. the fastest way to do this skip in Story Mode.
Original skip credit to @Zed for finding the way to do this skip in Free Play.
I figured it out the Category will be called PowerBrick% or RedBrick% where you start on a fresh new save file and go through the levels get all the power bricks/red bricks you can via using different methods and after you get through the all the levels the first time you can go back and get the remaining power bricks/ red bricks you get! The catch here is that if you were to get a minikit that would cause a minor cutscene to show where it is (ex: carrot minikit in Mos Eisley Spaceport and General Grievous Bomb Triggering Minikit) now minikits are allowed as long as it doesn't lose time, but that's optimal though.
I am confused on the "dummy" category? There is no rules, so what the heck is the meaning..... maybe a meme category or Illuminati (cue music)! But seriously what use?
How about get the minikit in free play along with the story mode one so you won't have to get an extra minikit.
Is it used in 100%, All Minikits and All Canisters?
Hey there today I was playing the game and decided to go for the carrot minikit that you needed to destroy 3 trashcans to reveal 3 carrots and a minikit will appear. Now I did this in story and freeplay and got it once in each. I did this by destroying the trashcans in a different order resulting in 11/10 minikits after getting every other remaining minikit in Spaceport. To note I had 5 minikits collected in story and 6 minikits collected in freeplay, and when I saved and exited out of the level it said 4/10 instead of 5/10 before it built the rest of the minikit. I don't know if this discovery has been found yet though. And to note again, since there is 2 minikits that both require you to destroy 3 trashcans to reveal a carrot/plant that means that you can get a dupe minikit 9 times as long as you don't do one wrong or it'll be a blue stud normally.
So then get the red bricks then cheat for them, done.
I think maybe their may be some grinding with studs throughout, but the best level I think to grind studs is in Battle Over Coruscant and yeah get all red bricks first then buy all of them once you have the amount.
Okay, so is the clip useful in anyway for any of the categories?
This video by DGR saids it all:
The Cheat% w/o CB and BB is possible.
Heya, Howzabout we add things like Mermaid Man Cheat% and Reverse Any%! Kappa
