Let's say there are two cutscenes in the beggining of a mission, do we start the timer when we skip the first cutscene or the last cutscene before we get to control CJ?

Ingame Territories 100%? Goal is to get 100% shown up in stats, maybe?

RC missions + races also don't fall under your definition of what a mission is, but they exist in level-leaderboard already.

I guess, the only IL which really matters is the Basic Seamanship. In other levels you can't get such time and it basically acts like an early-start glitch people do on a Windows version of the game after answering a call. So maybe just forbid it in a single IL?

Well, the shortest one is about 7-9 seconds long, but game measures the time in milliseconds, so it isn't that silly, I guess. We still could compete.

Other challenges aren't that short also. Some of them take like 40-120 seconds to pass.

Now using Hydra could be theoretically even faster than NRG but buildings, trees and lampposts would make it too challenging, I guess.

You probably have multiple GPUs. Game is running on one GPU while you are using a different one for recording.

Make sure both the game and OBS is using the same GPU.

A little suggestion... Can the Chilliad Challenges be grouped all together in the races table (with the same prefix, I mean, maybe "Chilliad Challenge: Race Name")? Just like Beat The Cock ones. It would be more simple to see them all together in one place.

Since most of the ILs have at least 1-2 entries, can we get now all remaining tests from schools (all Boating and Flying school tests + Burn and Lap)?

Okay. It was my bad. The reappearing traffic thing that I was getting was probably because of the blow up all cars cheat. I stopped using it to restart races quickly and the traffic didn't reappear anymore. (probably useful note for people like me who only do ILs)

Just played with this glitch and noticed that for some weird reasons traffic reappears after some time. It happened like in the middle of the races I was trying. You can see how it happens in the video below.

Really nice seeing some people submitting their runs for races and other challenges! Though some of the world records holders aren't registered here. And it doesn't look like they are going to register on this site. Is it possible for us to submit runs for other people or only mods can do that?

Also... 3 Las Venturas Airport Checkpoint races are still missing. Not sure if you they weren't added intentionally or because of something else...

Hello everyone. Why aren't there any individual level categories? I.e. races or vehicle challenges? I'd like to submit some runs into such categories.
