There is a you can beat Nat_cat... You have the pace.

When you jump onto the boot if you lean forward more you can get a flip which gets you sub 23.

And this may seem a little weird but at the end if you contact your front wheel first then hold back, you can get another flip providing your rear wheel doesn't touch.

Then add in more risking at a bit of luck because a lot of records get lucky boosts and stuff.

Most importantly practice.

P.S. there is a cut that you can use but you don't need it
