Sorry for the late reply but yes the armorgames version is allowed. All of the website version of the game is allowed. Hell you could even download the swf file get a swf player and play it offline and that would be allowed.
Personally I don't think that would be a good idea as the game's speedruns aren't that long if you practice them and the main thing going for individual or section runs is lower time and Run (series as a whole.) doesn't have a clear thing separating levels the reason Goldeneye 64 main speedrun category is level runs is because you have to go back to the level selection menu and select another level Run doesn't have that it immediately goes to the next level for those reason I don't think having a individual level or even a section of levels (Example level 1 - 10.) run is a good idea.
The rules don't really specify that developer intended skips are not allow so just in case since I had a bit of a scare before is it allowed to skip level 1 - 3 in run 3 or no? (Also does anyone have any recommendations on which versions to use for run 1 and 2 since I haven't run those games at all.)
I'm going to assume that since the run wasn't taken off the board it's okay to skip level 1-3 in the All Levels (Original Release). Until someone tells me otherwise.
I agree with marc2427 level one through three should be skippable. Though they should be the only skippable levels.
What do you guys mean by skipping levels? Can you define it?
