Yes, its specified in the rules what sounds are required.

Gears are only allowed in p2w and not p2w vehicles. I just added the clarification to the rules and reverted that run.

3. We watch the run and check if it follows all the rules
4. There is no schedule, verifiers will just verify runs when they're available
5. Hasn't been over 100 in weeks, right now there are 4 pending

You can split the video and submit to each world category separately and you can use the same video as long as you provide the timestamps in the description of each submission. If timestamps are not provided your video could be rejected.
