Yeah, school is really of overwhelming me and I don't have much time to speedrun (let alone verify other people's runs). I hope that there is someone that is willing to be a mod for this game but I kinda doubt it.

So the only mod for this game was either banned or deleted their account, I still have like 12 pending runs for this game but there aren't any mods or verifiers so are they just gonna stay pending forever?

Game Time (in most games) refers to time passed inside the game, For example; If you close out the game to do a load glitch and the game takes time to load back up, Real Time would count all time, including the time that passed when the game was closed. In game time would only count time that the game was open or you were playing, I Hope this helped.

Since the game has some secret achievements beating the game while collecting all of them would be a good misc category. Maybe level runs for each specific secret medal could be added too if the mods feel like it.

Yeah, some rbx src ban fps unlockers because they can slightly alter game physics. For some games this doesn't make a difference (at least one different enough to invalidate the run). While FPS unlockers are not a bannable offense to Roblox, "However, a year later during Roblox Developers Conference In 2019. Adam Miller, VP of Engineering at Roblox clarified that no one will get banned for using the unofficial FPS Unlocker. Adam even went on to say, that he “personally guarantees” this. “If anyone is using the unofficial FPS unlocker," some games don't allow them because of the minor-major physics changes and alterations, I don't know enough about LUA to tell you how they change them but I believe that some things in Roblox games are tied to fps, which when the fps surpasses 60-63 they can affect them. Keep in mind this response can be completely off and may not be the reason fps unlockers are not allowed in speedruns for this game, I'm just going off of what I've learned from the way other games work.

FPS unlockers are not a bannable offense according to a Roblox mod. It was said during one of the RDC's, maybe the rules have changed since then but i used an fps unlocker and capper during one of my runs for a different game and it was accepted. Rules for this game may be different from standard roblox rules but as long as you don't show a fps counter going over 60/61 then you're fine.

Those categories are needed but they need to start verifying current map runs before adding extra categories lol

Thanks for clearing it up so we know what's valid or not @Penguin Hypixel doesn't have the same mechanics of Minecraft in many games (by a long shot) but it would make sense to get the rules from Category extensions because that's the closest thing you guys have to a reference point.

Yeah, I don't know nearly enough about how Minecraft is coded or coding in general for that matter, but it would make sense that enchanted/dyed items are labelled differently. Beds, carpet, wool and leather armor have different models and use different commands for each color to be spawned in. If the mods count differently colored wool as separate items, then they should consider armor in the same way. Differently colored items use separate coding (I believe) for interactions even if they have the same outcome, same thing except moreso for enchantments.

I think that enchanted items can count as unique items, according to the Minecraft wiki, "Enchanting is a mechanic that augments armor, tools, weapons, and books with one or more of a variety of "enchantments" that improve an item's existing abilities or imbue them with additional abilities and uses." Since the items have different functionalities, they are unique in nature. They also use a different model because they are dyed different colors, I don't think this submission should be invalidated but, if the mods could be more specific with what counts as unique then we could figure out if this run is valid or not..

Thanks! Unfortunately I don't have friends who play the pit or one who will be willing to help me for an hour but I might be able to find a random to shoot every once in a while. Another question, sometimes during minor events you can glitch into inaccessible parts of the map when you're spawning into the map, can we hide in those places or are they prohibited?

Does anyone have tips on how to not be flagged as afk? Last 3 attempts at survival wr have been ruined by hypixel's afk detection system after about 25 minutes of running around? Does anyone know a bypass to being flagged as afk on the pit?
