You can apply for mod. I also have my run not accepted yet but I think you should try requesting for mod, or ask a moderator of src to verify it for you

I'm gonna go through the backlog of submissions today. It appears the main mods of the game have not been on for months. Going to put out an open call for active mods to fix it. Sorry for the delay.
