Is 3ds slower than snes? Does any console get an advantage over 3ds on super metroid?

I'm not sure about 3DS VC, but Wii VC runs at 59.94 fps which loses about 9 seconds to console which runs at 60.09 fps. I would assume that 3DS VC would be very similar, but don't quote me on that. More info can be found on the wiki: https://wiki.supermetroid.run/Timing
