The rules were updated to make the moderation more objective and fair.

• The change is that the timing will now be from the black screen at the begining of the level, till the black screen apearing after the level was complete.

This allows the times to be more accurate and consistant between runs and runners, as the game gets more competitive. This change will take affect after this post, with all runs before this post being exempt from this change.
