so i discovered that by using the activate cheat command (cht_bEnableCheats=3) you can decrease or increase your speed then when you disable cheats and load your save file you can keep the speed that you changed it to and so this would mostly effect RTA. so will this be allowed?

I also knew about this bug of the game with activated cheats, but it is not allowed for it is already used cheats
