To answer your question YES we do allow the pcsx2 emulator or any emulator from my knowing to run this beautiful masterpiece of a game. Hope you see this soon and sorry for the late reply!

Emulator is allowed, but there is a good chance we'll be splitting the main board (Any% Glitchless) between PS2 runs and Emulator runs like with SOCOM 1.
