Hello, I saw many videos and I think that I understood the glitch but when I try it I fail and I don't know why. Can you help me ? One of my tests :

It still doesn't work. Tough I do the backjump 3 times I stop before enter in the pipe....

In your original video on the 3rd backwards bump you went left to backup and get speed. You can't have mario move to the left. If your problem isn't that try going down the pipe towards the left side. The farther right you enter the pipe, the lower the chance this trick works.

This is the farthest you can scroll the screen for the wrong warp to still work:

If the screen ever scrolls past this point (including while you are going down the pipe), then it won't work and you'll be taken to the underground coin room.

The sreen always scrolls more than 1 block back to the second pipe

I have one last question. Now I understand how to do the glitch but I don’t know when and how I have to jump and move to enter in the pipe at time before the screen scrolls too far ?

when you start approaching the pipe you go down start holding left mid air and continue to hold left on the pipe this will make you slow down. does that answer your question?

you don't have to rush to go down the pipe. Take your time and move one pixel at a time until you're far enough to go down it (remember not to move left at all). At least this way you'll see what it takes to enter the pipe.
