can anyone help with the clips in 4-2 in the elevator section. cant seem to pull them off

i made a very short tutorial on this a long time ago, i will see if i can find the video.

But essentially its about getting your sprite partially into the wall and timing the UP press as the elevator reaches the wall.

couldn't find the explanation.

i can clip/zip through the ceiling near the end of the stage no problem (to grab the bombs before the boss).. but i cant seem to pull this one off
