I've read the rules of the Seterra Web Speedrun and there it says, "Audio recording is highly recommended". Now I am using a Macbook, means OBS can't record Desktop-Audio... is it necessarely to verify a run or just an extra proof?

Also, i'm not aiming for the "Europe: Countries" WR or something just Level-Leaderboards like Italys Regions or something

The rules say it is not required. I would suggest having it for top times, but what you suggested should be fine.
